Ece Nihan Günen’s practice mainly focuses on commercial, corporate, maritime, insurance and energy law. She represents domestic and foreign investors, companies, associations on both litigious and non-litigious legal matters and provides legal consultancy as per the needs and requirements of her clients. She also has wide experience on administrative law which enables her to provide services for resolving her clients’ disputes with the administrative authorities.
She completed her LL.M on Maritime and Marine Law after graduating from Baskent University Law Faculty in 2008. Afterwards she completed GDL and LPC programs in London to provide a superior service to her clients in the global scene and to enhance her competence. Following her return to Turkey, she worked for international law offices and a management consultancy firm, thereby provided both consultancy and advocacy services to leading local and international companies operating within sectors such as FMCG, energy, telecommunications, maritime, insurance, infrastructure, real-estate and banking.
